The project has brought together the best examples of North Devon Pottery and put them on display in a special gallery at the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon.

It is part of an action plan to secure the legacy of North Devon pottery, in particular that of Brannam Pottery.

As well as the gallery and this on-line presentation, we are gathering together the experiences of the pottery's workers and the company's archive collections, and will be making more material available on this web site on an on-going basis.

The project is also developing a programme for educating children about Barnstaple's ceramic heritage, and is estavlishing a travelling exhibition.

The project has been supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and North Devon District Council.
